letrozole + trigger and giant follicles

I just went in for my CD 12 follicle scan for my second medicated cycle.. I was really looking forward to it as last month I had one giant follicle (26 mm) and felt maybe it was too big to be viable, so this month had to be better. I originally had my appointment scheduled for tomorrow but got a positive opk today so they asked me to come in... I come in to find I have one follicle again, except this one is 33 mm! the doctor that checked me this time said it's not necessarily too big when I asked, but I can't help but feel discouraged especially when last months doctor urged me to trigger right away at 26 mm. I thought last month was just a fluke but now I'm nervous that I may never produce normal size follicles. anyone else have this issue? I'm wondering if I need to be dropped to 2.5 mg from 5. just curious if anyone else has had giant follie issues!! feeling a bit like in wasting money and symptoms on trigger shots/medication for these cycles :/ I would have rather not triggered this time around
