I'm 26 days postpartum and my sex drive has come back full swing. I want to know if waiting til 6 weeks is a must. I really am craving some good D. My boyfriend has beem looking like a snack to me no matter what. Just looking at him sometimes semns me into one of those steamy sex daydreams. Wjat are the pros and cons of not waiting?

You need to wait to fully heal, internally and externally. You may seem like it’s healed but the 6 wk appt will make sure it’s healed.  You could get an infection or hemorrhage

Every doctor says wait 6 weeks for a reason. What if you get an infection or bv or worse then you will be waiting even longer to recover

Can only think of one Pro: Getting to satisfy sex craving.
Cons: Risks of infection, hemorrhage, and pregnancy. 
But I totally get it I had the hardest time waiting the whole six weeks, I’d stopped bleeding at 3 weeks and was ready for sex right away literally counting the days but we waited the 6 weeks and my paranoid husband didn’t have sex with me until week 9!

Omg my first time after birth at almost 6 weeks postpartum felt like sandpaper being shoved in there, let alone 3 weeks. You know the risks.. why not just outside hand play or something?

I had sex after 2 weeks of having my daughter and it was amazing lol. If you want to try then make sure you use protection because you are extremely fertile after having a baby and start off real slow to make sure there will be no pain.

I had sex at 4 weeks pp with both my kids. juat know you can get pregnant.
