Need breastfeeding suggestion
Hello everyone ,
Do I need to pump and empty my breast after nursing to maintain and improve my milk supply ? I get very little like 20 to 30 ml after nursing my baby. Do I need to empty dat also to maintain my milk supply? Sometimes my baby wakes up with 1.5 to 2 hours den I don’t produce enough if I empty. Plz suggest.
