Vbac or elective c section U.K. Mummys

I have recently found out I'm expecting number 2 and along with my booking and first scan appointment letters I got a letter about elective c section management. I'm trying to decide what route I'd rather go down this time as had a traumatic birth with my son (short version is 2 failed inductions, 2 attempts at forceps as he was facing sideways and then an emergency c section). What are the pros and cons in your opinions ladies for either a vbac or another c section? TIA xxx
