Has this happen to anyone else?

I was suppose to have AF on 2/22 and she never showed. I started getting positive test on 2-16 and they got darker and darker. I went and had blood work done on Friday 2/23 and hcg came back 176. I went in on Monday for a ultrasound and more blood work and by LMP I would be 5 weeks exactly, my scan showed nothing. No sac nothing. I’m patiently waiting for my blood work to come back. Dr said she seen my uterus lining was thick, and I had a corpus leteum on my ovary. Is it possible I’m still pregnant. They didn’t see anything in my tube either. I’ve had no bleeding. I am on 200mg of progesterone 1 time a day and 81mg of aspirin. Please tell me there’s still hope.
