My baby eats 4oz at a time. How often should he be hungry?

I know every baby is different, but my guy has so many issues that we really have to stay on top of not feeding too soon or too late. He just now increased to 4oz bottles. I'm curious how long before I should expect him to be hungry. He cries a lot because of reflux, gas, and other things so I can't base feeding time on crying.

Have you changed the formula due to reflux  and gas ?   My daughter does 5 oz every 3 hours and I thought that was very little since she has been doing 5 oz for a few months  now.

My LO won’t take more than 3 oz at a time(breastmilk) and she eats like every 3 hours.. but she doesn’t get more than 3 bottles a day.. she nurses the rest of the day

My son eats 6oz every 3 hours... so with 4 Oz maybe every 2 hours? Or 3? It all depends...

mine has reflux and gas pains too. we feed on demand and always give him a little less than what he prob could drink cuz reflux is a mess to clean up. he usually takes between 3-5 oz every 3 hrs. when he's furiously teething, he'll even go down to half of what he normally drinks in a day.
