Help with BBT Charting for PCOS
I recently started charting my bbt. I go to the doctor soon, so I will be sure to show her my chart. I am wondering if it is normal for my temps to literally go up and down at least a half of a degree almost everyday. It’s so crazy! I wonder why it does it. Any help is appreciated!
