wedding planning!😍

So we have decided we want to do an actual wedding insted of going to the court house! i recently fell in love woth Sunflowers as a wedding theme! ot will be a very rustic/country wedding. The problem im having is we had began planning if for October... but i looked up "sunflower wedding season" and it says June-September... would it still be okay for October? should i pick a new flower? what would be appropriate for that season??🙈 sorry for rambling!
