Measuring at 12 weeks?

So I went in for an ultrasound today, and they said that I am measuring at 12 weeks 3 days. My LMP says I’m 11 weeks 4 days. What does it mean when you measure ahead?

I would go by what your Dr says. He/she is the professional. LMP is an estimate for us to start with. It is common for the dates to move up or back a week during the first trimester. Not something to worry about. I would also monitor my HCG levels, imo this is more important.

No I didn’t because I used an ovulation tests, and when they did an ultrasound to confirm the pregnancy it lined up with when I ovulated. Plus when I ovulate I get really sick, and cramp really bad.

You got your dates wrong or you ovulated earlier than you thought
