Zoloft

I am almost 7 weeks pp. I have been having unprotected sex (pulling out) with my husband since 4 weeks pp. I am not on birth control and I don’t plan to go on it. I’m not really afraid of getting pregnant again because we do want one more kid, not this soon but we wouldn’t be upset. I did however recently get put on Zoloft for anxiety and I’m worried if I do fall pregnant before I start my period again I won’t know I’m pregnant and the Zoloft will harm the pregnancy. Has anyone been on Zoloft while pregnant, especially in the very early stages?
