Doctors did a blood test...

Missed my period last month, but all 3 tests (including a digital pregnant/not pregnant) were negative. Went today for my annual exam, and they took urine because I had missed my period. She said it was negative, but about 10 minutes later the nurse came in and told the doctor there was a super faint line so she was going to run another one, same thing on the next one. So they took blood. She said there's other things that can cause a line, and that it's super faint so she doesn't know. She'll be calling tomorrow morning with the results. Anyone else have a similar experience? And what else can cause a positive result on 2 tests?
