Can a man be raped by a woman?

I just got into a heated debate with my mom’s boyfriend about how YES, a man can be raped by a woman. He said that it’s physically impossible and they could just toss a woman off of them if they wanted to and couldn’t stay hard. I brought up how I’m double my boyfriends weight so I could easily over power him if I wanted to, how everyone has either fight, flight or FREEZE response, and if a male froze in fear he wouldn’t be able to fight her off and lastly how some women orgasm during rape due to the overstimulation of their sexual glands and men can stay hard and even ejaculate due to repeated exposure to sexual behavior physically, even if he doesn’t want it. Also there’s the aspect of consenting at the beginning of sex and then wanting to stop in the middle and they don’t. He said “none of my buddies would ever say they were ‘raped’ by a woman. That’s just stupid and we’d all laugh because none of them would turn down sex.” I said just because YOUR FRIENDS won’t turn down sex doesn’t mean SOMEONE ELSE WILL.

I believe this sort of narrative is harmful to men and as a feminist will denote this argument until my last dying breath, lol. MEN NEED PROTECTION TOO. WOMEN CAN BE SEXUAL DEVIANTS TOO. We need to start viewing the genders equally in both rights AS WELL as crime and deviancy if we truly want equality. Ugh. Idk. Lemme know your thoughts.
