Baby movement

If my baby moves enough and/or hard enough, could that break my water?

My OB gave me the all clear to go to L&D; once my contractions picked up in intensity and my baby is moving like crazy. I was wondering if that could actually cause my water to break? Like we have these punches and kicks going on that move my entire stomach.

I was about 4cm yesterday with mild regular contractions.

I also wish my boyfriend would move his head slightly onto my stomach so she’d kick him 😂

I’m 38.3 Weeks.

I know water doesn’t always break on its own but I’m curious.
