WHAT IS ON MY LABIA

About a week ago, I was trimming my pubes and cut myself. It bled a little, I didn’t think anything of it. After a few days, I noticed a hard bump on the labia, when squeezed a tiny amount of pus came out and then it hurt. I squeezed it for a few days and cleaned it with peroxide and applied an antibacterial ointment. I got a hair out of it and a little more pus then clear liquid and blood. I haven’t squeezed for a few days, but the lump is still hard, about half an inch long and I can’t tell if it’s the same size or smaller. It doesn’t hurt anymore unless I really press on it. It’s been 4 days since I’ve noticed it and I don’t think anything has really changed. Any ideas on what it could be??
