Weird fluttering feeling

This is my second pregnancy so with that and me being extremely small as it is I figured that is why I'm feeling the fluttering earlier. This is very different then with my first pregnancy though, I can feel two different flutters. They both feel different and sometimes flutter at the same time and I can feel it as two separate flutters.

I was wondering if any one else went through this and what happened.

My husband said twins when I brought it up to him 😂
