Progesterone levels, help!

Yesterday I went for my first round of blood work to check my progesterone levels after having surgery to remove endometriosis. I went on cycle day 21, this was after a round of clomid. When I called to get my results the nurse asked me right away if I was pregnant, she then said that my progesterone level was 64, she said that I definitely ovulated and my levels were so high she thought I could possibly be pregnant. Anyone else ever experienced this or have any thoughts? I took two test at home but I think it would be to early to tell. I’m driving myself crazy wondering if I’m finally pregnant or not lol.
