Random redness

So a few years ago I had my gallbladder removed & every since then I’ve had some digestive issues that I take medicine for to help manage it. Now I’m not sure these things are even related but I thought I’d throw that in there. Sometimes I get a red, patchy rash like breakout on my neck & my cheeks gets super red & hot. It makes it feel like my face is on fire. This usually happens after I eat but it’s random & I can’t link it to any foods. I’m adding a picture so you can see what I’m talking about. Does this happen to anyone? Does anyone have any idea what could cause it? I hate it & don’t know what to do. It looks worse in person
