Contractions and am I in labor?

Question

I've been dialated to a one for 2 days and last few days have been really crampy. Increased vaginal discharge and now I'm having contractions every 7-10minutes. It's like my whole uterus tightens up and it's worse than period cramps and it's been this way for about an hour? Do I try resting or help make it progress? Call my dr what? FTM I have no idea what to do or expect.

Call. I was 2 cm when I went in and had been having contractions for 24 hours at that point. They thought there was no way I was in labor because I was 3 weeks early. I called they said to come in and they'd check. I got there, still 2 cm, and they figured I was dehydrated. Waited an hour to check me again and I jumped to 4. My Ryleigh was born the next day at 1 in the afternoon lol

Call ether your doctor or Labor and Delivery. They will be able to tell you if to come in or not. And what to do.
