Appreciation post

Okay so this week has been the hardest week ever for me and taken it out on the one person that means the most to me.. He won’t see this but I want to show someone my appreciation for him😅a year ago I would’ve been sat in hospital and that was a hard time for me people didn’t care and I didn’t want them too.. but I’m glad I’m still here because 5 months ago I met someone that I could never imagine a life without
