TTC Frustration

We have recently decided to try for our rainbow baby (and 1st child) The issue we struggle with is our work schedule. Today is my peak and I have ALL signs of ovulation beginning. We work opposite shifts. He is at work by 3am and home around 3pm. I go to work at 12pm and get home around 9pm so one of us is always sleeping. I'm already mourning the miss of this cycle because I just don't see how we can get in the timeframe. Waking him up is not an option. He doesn't like the idea of ttc on a schedule. He's a sweet smart man but doesn't understand that women only have a short window lol I'd love to hear from other couples who work opposite shifts!
