Foot Question👣

Hello ladies,

NOTE: (So yes, I have scheduled an appt with a foot doctor my general doctor recommended, but it’s a couple weeks out so I wanted to see if you guys could help at all on this in the meantime.)

Okay, so here’s the long and short of it: I don’t have fallen arches, I don’t have any weird bumps or tumors on my feet, I don’t have either plantar foot condition. That being said, the metatarsals on my left foot hurt like hell. My left arch feels extremely bony to the touch, and while it doesn’t stick out(looks the same as my right foot) it is extremely pronounced to the touch(my boyfriend calls it my “alien foot”😂)and aches constantly, no matter if I have insoles or what type of shoe(or none). It is so bad that is causes the inner & back part of my left leg to hurt, and it’s been like this since I was a kid. I’m nineteen, active, not overweight, and never wear heels. I’ve never heard of or know anyone with this problem. Anyone have any references or thoughts on what’s wrong with it?

Thank you!!đŸ’«
