Foot QuestionđŁ
Hello ladies,
NOTE: (So yes, I have scheduled an appt with a foot doctor my general doctor recommended, but itâs a couple weeks out so I wanted to see if you guys could help at all on this in the meantime.)
Okay, so hereâs the long and short of it: I donât have fallen arches, I donât have any weird bumps or tumors on my feet, I donât have either plantar foot condition. That being said, the metatarsals on my left foot hurt like hell. My left arch feels extremely bony to the touch, and while it doesnât stick out(looks the same as my right foot) it is extremely pronounced to the touch(my boyfriend calls it my âalien footâđ)and aches constantly, no matter if I have insoles or what type of shoe(or none). It is so bad that is causes the inner & back part of my left leg to hurt, and itâs been like this since I was a kid. Iâm nineteen, active, not overweight, and never wear heels. Iâve never heard of or know anyone with this problem. Anyone have any references or thoughts on whatâs wrong with it?
Thank you!!đ«
