PCOS Dieting in College
Hi friends! So I was diagnosed with PCOS about 3 years ago, and I'm on 2000mg metformin. I used to gain upwards of 20+pounds per year before beginning my medication, and now I've only gained 7-10 pounds in 3 entire years (which I know doesn't sound like much, but for someone who struggled with rapid weight gain my whole life, if feels like such a relief.)
I lost 10 pounds last summer, but I have since started college and gained around 5 pounds back. I walk around campus a LOT and do an intense work out 2 times a week so I get some exercise, but my concern is my diet.
Any advice for how to create a good diet for a college student with PCOS? Thank you in advance!!❤️❤️
