I really need help

Hi there! I really need help. I had a miscarriage, Jan 3 when I inserted misoprostol and I was bleeding heavily for 5 days. After almost a week I was spotting/ bleeding on & off. Jan 19 when I inserted the 2nd dose of misoprostol as i wasn't clear yet, again i was bleeding heavily again. Feb 2 when the doctor cleared me from all this. Until this moment I still didn't get my period.

Last night, after peeing, I found a really long and big mucus from my vagina. I don't know if I'm ovulation or what but I just did the opk and got this. Is this a positive opk?
