Personally I don't find the humor in this video, being a female doesn't make it any less than not okay! nothing humorous about harassment. many men in the comments found it funny & "okay" basically see nothing wrong with it. like catcalling normal & okay, def not!
also to add in, women in the comments acted no different, which baffled me too!

This is a satirical video. It's just meant to show how ignorant cat calling is. Because it isn't so pleasant to men when it's done to them.  Men are never catcalled so it's just trying to prove a point on how women don't like to be harassed. It isn't supporting the idea women should do it too.

I've seen many great videos of women cat calling and it's hilarious how the dudes don't know how to react and some don't even understand the point of the experiment.
