Almost passing out while showering?

I am currently 7 weeks 4 days and I was a little nauseous all day, but just now when I took a shower it must have been too steamy or something because I almost passed out. I just felt myself getting weaker and weaker and I had to get out and sit down because I could feel myself starting to pass out. Anyone else experience this? Is this common when you're pregnant? (I only ask this cause I happened to watch the episode of the Kardashians where Khloe talked about that happening while she was showering when she found out she was pregnant)

I passed out a couple times earlier in my pregnancy... once at 10 weeks I actually passed out at work and fell straight to the floor like a tree on concrete floor... I was told it has to do with the blood volume change and it helps to drink more water and make sure you eat regularly.

At the beginning of my pregnancy, I could not take hot showers without getting extremely dizzy and having to sit down. I actually would get out the shower throwing up or having to just sit on the bathroom floor. It was my morning sickness that did it and it as to make sure when I did take a shower it wasn't super hot (which was an ultimate bummer) and that I took my unisom an hour beforehand. I got super dizzy pretty frequently in my first trimester. All my blood levels were always normal too. Drinking water and eating frequently helped a little but honestly it was just a waiting game for me. I haven't gotten dizzy at all past 14 weeks

This happened to me too when I was pregnant. Try not to take too hot of a shower.

I’ve gotten extremely dizzy before too, randomly. As long as it doesnt happen often and you don’t actually pass out then you’re ok.

this has been happening too me since I was 10 weeks pregnant I'm 20 weeks now doctor says I just have low blood pressure. So drinking sugary drinks for me helps like Gatorade. It's more common then you think

It gets better I promise!!!!! I’m 15 weeks and I can’t tell you how tired I was up until probably 10-11 weeks!! I’m so relived to have more energy. I still get tired and my feet hurt but try a little exercise or yoga to help blood flow a bit!

I used to have to keep a cup of ice water in the br when i showered i cant take warm showers it has to be as hot as possible
