Thyroid triggered?

I was having some symptoms so decided to google like any other web md  hypochondriac.. 
Started reading about thyroid issues and matched each and EVERY symptom- thing is I’ve had my thyroid checked within the last 3 years IF NOT when I had my prenatal appt. in Jan. (Not sure if that’s what the blood work tested ?? Input appreciated) 
Has anyone experienced pregnancy triggered thyroid issues? Im not pregnant (that I know of.. ) but if it would be a possible reason why these have developed, then it would explain why previous tests didn’t show any issues

I used to have my thyroid checked yearly, as I had symptoms of hypothyroidism and had X2 abnormal blood tests. It then went back to 'normal' levels, it has since gotten progressively worse and my levels were/are getting more and more hypothyroid. 
I have hashimotos disease it fluctuates between normal and inflamed. 
Go back to your Dr and ask for thyroid levels to be checked
-TSH 
-T4
-T3
- Test for Graves/Hashimotos (Auto immune diseases of the thyroid)

you can be borderline with symptoms for years without ever being told, I'm almost 10yrs into an underactive thyroid and still don't have my levels or symptoms under control. I'm also TTC so keeping a close eye on my levels as the condition can cause miscarriage and stillbirth (not trying to scare you sorry) best thing is to keep chasing up the Dr until you are happy with the response x

I was always borderline-- when I got pregnant, I had full blown hypothyroidism.

I was borderline but in normal range for non pregnant people, pregnancy pushed my levels up ( apparently that is pretty normal) and also in pregnancy the normal range is lower. I have been on synthroid for my whole pregnancy
