help tummy problems
on Sunday last week i got terrible pains in my tummy followed by bad diahorrea starting sunday lasting to late wedensday, ive had 2 normal bowel movments since but have still got a really sore tummy, wind and indegestion. i put it down to a bug but i cant seem to shift the pains and bloating. does anyone have any ideas what it could be or any natural remidies i could try? thanks in advance x
