Anyone tried slimfast?

Has anyone tried the slim fast drinks and if so what was your results?? Would you recommend. Feel free to post pics of your results

Slim fast isn’t the best way to loose weight. While it will help you control your diet and caloric intake, you aren’t learning how to balance real food. To really get healthy (not just drop weight) you have to learn what to eat and what not to eat based on real foods. I’ve lost weight both ways, but kept it off when I used real food as opposed to slim fast. You have to eat more than 1000 calories a day to make sure you aren’t in starvation mode. A little cardio and a low calorie, high protein diet, of real, nutritious food, is a better course of action than slim fast. (Just my opinion and experience).

They helped curve my hunger. Just like anything you can't solely rely on these lose weight. A healthy diet and cardio needs to be done as well.
I would have one for breakfast and a banana. Then a couple hours after lunch I would have one on ice. Replaced my coffee I usually got from Starbucks. And that always held me off until dinner. So it helped in that way.
