Team green but ultrasound tech gave these photos

Hi ladies!

My husband and I are waiting until delivery to find out the gender. We have a 17 month old son and he is going to be so great with the new baby.

I’m just curious if anyone knows what these white spots can be on ultrasound because I’m all I’m thinking is boy parts! But if it was boy parts why would the ultrasound tech give them to me knowing we are not finding out the gender, any guesses? Ultrasound was from this past week at 19 weeks and heart rate 138. (which my midwife told me not to rely on that as a gender guess)
