Anybody get ovulation pain?

Question

I don't always ovulate because I have PCOS.  Last month I did though (progesterone confirmed) and I had cramps mid month.  Now I'm a couple days before Glow predicts my optimal day and I'm super crampy.  Do you think I'm ovulating?  And if so how am I supposed to BD if I feel like this?!

Yup my ovulation cramps are worse than my period cramps 😩 pop a couple panadol and go for it 😂
