Increasing Milk Supply
Hi,
I’m a new mommy and after I gave birth, I was pumping at least 4 bottle within 20 minutes, but when I became 2 weeks postpartum, my supply slowed down due to stress, feeling overwhelmed, and minor ppd.
I started drinking mother’s milk tea and I’m trying to increase my water intake. It helps, but I’m still not producing enough milk for baby and it’s stressing me out even more because I don’t want to transition into formula.
Any advice or tips?
