Is this Implantation or an Early Period

So glow shows Im not due until next week I was at work today and felt a sharp mild tugging pain in my left side/lower abdomen. I was wearing a panty liner because Im in the process of clearing a yeast infection with 7 day monistate. I used the bathroom and saw bright orange and figured I was probably starting my period early and the blood probably mixed in with the cream I inserted this morning. So I cleaned up and it stopped for about 5 hours. Now Im spotting again and it looks like this. What do you ladies think?
