Swollen Around Nipple After Pumping
After I pump the area around my nipple is swollen and puffy and sore. I exclusively breastfeed and it tender to nurse my daughter right afterwards.
Am I used too strong of a suction or wrong size flange or what?
I pump once a day at 5am for 12-17minutes, I plan to pump every 2.5hr when I go back to work in 2 weeks.
