Abortions and BC (Bleeding)

okay so i got an abortion jan 24 and had some bleeding on and off. not too much or anything. they had me start bc the next day. i chose the patch. so i got to the 4th week where i dont wear one. took it off had my period and everything. okay theeeennnn a week goes by (with patch again) no problems. okay, the next patch was ok i thought but i started my period again. and i am tripped out. its not been 6 weeks since the abortion but im on my 2nd period. and im still wearing the patch and everything. just wondering if i need to go to the dr. check for PID or something .? or am i just worrying to much
