Phlebotomist

Is being a phlebotomist a good career?

I just started working as a CNA 3 months ago but I feel it’s not for me it’s hard work for low pay I even hurt my shoulder on the job and now I’m doing physical therapy of course my job pays for it but I want something in the medical field but not cna I payed to much for school and my job is okay but I want something more we do to much for low pay I’m debating if I want to drop another 2,000 something on phlebotomist classes ? Anyone a phlebotomist how was the classes and Clinical’s ? Is the job good and pay ? Btw I live in Fresno California area .
