Implantation bleeding? Provera and clomid

My husband and I are trying to conceive. I have Irregular periods So my doctor put me on Provera and then after I start my period on the third day of my cycle I start Clomid on Monday when I woke up and went to use the bathroom when I wiped I had light pink blood on the toilet paper and it was only in the morning and it stopped it was super light. But now I’m wondering if it could be implantation bleeding I’ve been cramping but no more bleeding and I’m supposed start Clomid tomorrow if it was a period. What do you think?
