Pounding water !!!

So for the last 2 weeks I’ve had terrible nausea in the morning but no vomiting and crazy insomnia . But I’ve also been taking a new medication so I thought just a side effect then I checked and neither of those things were common side effects. So I ordered some pregnancy tests from amazon, but ones I’ve never used in my TTC journey and the first one looks like this

I’m freaking out a little because I was mid wine sip and I felt overly guilty. But part of me feels uncertain because I’ve never heard of the brand. So I’m drinking more water to pee again and take another test and i already called my husband and insisted he pick up more on the way home. Has everyone ever doubted non “big name brand “ tests
