Ultrasound techs or anyone familiar with DS

I could be over thinking it ... but when I showed my husband my ultrasound he asked why the baby's nose was like that ? Flat tip. I said because I think it was on the side. Well then I started thinking about how the doctor asked if we did the Down syndrome screening, she said it's not too late for us but a lot of people don't. I didn't think to ask if the baby showed signs. Well I looked up the nose and it said a sign of Down syndrome. Anyone familiar with an ultrasound to ease my mind either way. Idk if it makes a difference but I went to a specialist ultrasound for bleeding. So I'm not sure if she would tell me or my regular ob.
