Helppppp!!!!!

So I took the birth control pill for a month in January, I stopped taking it due to the spotting.. and now I haven’t had a period or spotting since the beginning of January, just white clear discharge. yes I’ve been sexually active & idk what to do because the last time I was on the pill I stopped taking it after 3 months because I was bleeding alot, but my period came like 2-3 weeks after I stopped taking the pill.. I’m just lost and I don’t wanna ask because I’m really young I don’t know if I could be pregnant? OR if the birth control messed it up? I was only on the pill for a month .. so idek , is it normal too skip almost two periods after getting off the pill for only being on it for a month??
