Tips for weight loss

Hey guys! So, my boyfriend and I are going on a beach vacation in April and I was hoping to lose a few pounds before then (5-10 if i can)

Ive lowered my calorie intake to about 1200 a day and am going to the gym 4 times a week.

Unfortunately I have Hashimoto’s disease which makes it pretty difficult for me to lose weight (it screws with my metabolism)

Anyone have any tips that helped them or that I might try out? Thanks!
