19 and never had a bf

Just like the title, I’m 19 years old and I’ve never had a boyfriend. I never even had a first kiss. I’m too scared to get into a relationship with anyone because I feel like I’d be so bad a kissing/having sex or other things that I’ll just get laughed at. I’m just so embarrassed by this. Also I haven’t had a crush on anyone since probably the 6th grade. I’m in university now and I started developing feelings for someone that I went to high school with. I don’t know what I should do :( Please help
