First labor compared to second?

this is my second pregnancy . 38 weeks and wondering how your first labor compared to the second.

It was completely different I wouldn't say easier though with my first I was three weeks over and had no progress signs or show until I woke up in labor and everything jumped into gear very fast and painful I had him about 10 hours. My second was a week early and showed all signs for weeks before including prodromul labor I got sent home at 12am with contractions 4 minutes apart but no progress labored on my couch in and out of sleep till 9 am and went back to the hospital at 10 with contractions 2 minutes apart and had him in an hour by 11 it was way to fast and the very kind nurse delivered him. Neither were easy but both very different

First labor started 3am and I gave birth 12pm. So 9 hours. 
Second labor started 3:30am and I gave birth at 10pm. 19 hours. 
My second labor was longer, however the delivery was a quicker. He came out in 3 pushes whereas with my first my husband said I was pushing for almost an hour.

My second delivery was faster. My first baby was posterior (face up) with my first and I was also induced. All in all it was a quick labor but I had to push longer due to him being sunny side up. 
Second was face down and active labor was less than three hours (this is estimated as I never made it to the hospital). Baby girl came out after three or four pushes. I worked out like crazy with my second pregnancy though so that may have had some bearing. 
They say genetics play a huge role in the speed of delivery.
