Wanting to breast feed

My lil girl is almost 6 weeks. I've been pumping and giving her breast milk from the beginning being that she was born a lil early etc...I decided to try to nurse her an she nursed on left side for about 10 mins before she started acting like she was done with it...anyway I just wanted to see if I can get tips on how to stop pumping an jus nurse her...I'm wore out an so over the pump honestly but I want her to have my breast milk until she is at least 6 months maybe a lil longer. Help please ! :)
