is it PMS????

Hey gals! So the last two weeks have been full of confusion for me and my boyfriend. So everytime we have had sex we used a condom and he would also pull out before he came. but 12 days before my period (a day after my fertile window ended) we had sex and the condom broke. he didn't cum but there's a possibility he might have pre-cumed (I think that's a term) inside. I tried to get the morning after pill but during that time ALL pharmacies and shops closed because of a storm. it's now 5 days before my period and I'm literally exhausted all the time and my skin is starting to break out. please let me know what you think!!!
