I’m pregnant with baby number 2 I told them when I found out with baby number 1 but this time I feel I need to wait , I feel they may be negative comments seems I have a 9 month old want to enjoy t longer before telling

We plan to tell our parents next weekend. I'll be 12 weeks. I have told a few close girlfriends and my sister, but she lives in another country. I just know once I tell the moms everyone will know. Both our parents are waiting for their first grandchild, so I know it will be a big deal.

With baby #1 I told them after my 12 week scan and that was mainly because it fell around Christmas & we announced it on Christmas Day!! 
This time we told our families pretty much as soon as we found out at around 6 weeks.. the reason we did this is because we have a 2 almost 3 year old boy & I knew I'd need help this time. I'm a SAHM but my partner works full time, so for midwife appointments and scans etc I would need family members to help with care because my son can get easily bored & agitated! 
At 10 weeks I had to have an emergency scan because of some spotting & we found out that we're expecting twins!!! We told our families this past weekend that we're having twins & everyone is over the moon but I'm so glad everyone already knew and we could just tell this news too because now I need help and support more than ever!!

We told his mom we were pregnant the other day at 18 weeks and she was just like “oh ok” 😩🤦‍♀️ We aren’t telling any other family until they either find out or baby is born
