Does he like me?

I like this guy but i’m not sure if he likes me back. We talk all the time on sc like all day and there really isn’t a lot of flirting cause i don’t flirt i get nervous and i just can’t. If he liked me would he flirt or could he just not? Why would he talk to me all day f he doesn’t like me? What should I do? What do you think?
