Miscarriage i think... HELP!

so ive been on the pill and before that my boyfriend and i had been fuckin. duh. so a condom broke we went and got plan b and we thought it worked but he was still uneasy so he got me a pregnancy test it came back negative so were like okay were good. but today i got my “period”. im used to having horrible cramps so obviously i thought it was just that. but keep in mind im on the pill. so the day goes by and i come home and because i use tampons the super plus tampon that i use was falling out. i had felt like it was all day too. so i get the tampon and i see this hanging out of my vagina and it felt like skin. like a hairless ball sack. i dont know if it was a miscarriage... i feel like it was but i honestly dont know. help!!
