very frustrated with nursing

my ds is 4.5 months old and he wont nap without my boob. also he is not rolling just kicks his legs and turns to his side. always wants to be in my lap. i am feeling like i have been sentenced for housejail. he won't nap anywhere except my bed and constantly comfort nurses. i am just so over this whole comfort nursing issue. please please help me out. i cannot even go out to friends house because he won't sleep anywhere else. i have not put my foot outside besides pediatrician trips. i am totally broken by this whole drama.
