Lung+diaphragm pain?¿
So a few days ago I posted on here something about my heart. Soo generally I’ve been really worrying about my health lately but I think I’ve ruled out heart problems just because I referred back to past doctor visits where they checked my heart and said it was healthy. ((I checked into the hospital a few months ago, when all this health anxiety came upon, for a elevated heart rate, shortness of breath, shaking, {the shaking could have just been anxiety idk} fatigue and nausea {I got no sleep at all that night and I checked in at 6am} a big reason is also because even before this episode I had an abnormal amount of phlegm/mucus whatever you call it)) now they were a bit confused but over about 3 days they ended up saying that I have acid reflux and possibly asthma. Now I think I do have acid reflux but but not bad enough to take medication. I never like have my food come back up into my throat and rarely get heartburn. (The only time I actually really threw up in my throat in a little before and when I was taking the medication, idk if that was just a coincidence or not) And at first didn’t think I had asthma because I hadn’t had any kind of breathing problem since that episode. However in recent months I have had this weird thing going on where I feel like I can’t get like a full breath if that makes sense, like I feel like I need to yawn in order to be satisfied with the amount of air. That was earlier on tho now i feel like I’m feeling my lungs too much¿.. like I have to take huge breaths to feel like I’m getting enough air..but now it kinda feels like too much but I still feel the need to take deep breaths. This usually happens at night when I’m getting ready to go to bed, but sometimes occurs in daytime too. I’ve also noticed I have excess phlegm again. But most recently (just now) I took I deep breath and then got a sharp pain right above my belly button. I took another deep breath and got another sharp pain above my belly button. So I’m really wondering what all this is. I thought at first it was a heart this but now I’m thinking it might be a lung, respiratory thing. I’m thinking maybe it’s might be related to acid reflux or asthma or maybe even IS asthma. At first I didn’t think I have asthma and thought asthma was more of like an episode where your like gasping for air or something but maybe THIS is asthma?¿ I will mention I get very little exercise and I wonder if that can have any kind of correlation to any of this. (I will add in the beginning they gave me medications for both and I took both for about a month but eventually stopped because I didn’t feel like I need it, and still don’t at least about the acid reflux BESIDES the over production of phlegm which is really annoying. The Dr. did say that if you don’t treat asthma that it will get worse and worse and i wonder if this is just asthma getting worse and worse but idk)
BUT the main issue right now is this weird sharp pain like right above my belly button, it’s still lingering a bit. Nerve racking for me especially because I have anxiety, I’m annoyed with being so worried about my health ugh.
Also I did read stuff about this breathing thing online in a forum about people who experience this too and people kept mentioning how they have acid reflux and asthma (what I have) I don’t really know how they were correlating it but it was mentioned. So I wonder if it could be related to this or if it’s just a whole separate thing, I always talk into consideration that I’m not active at all and it’s just very bad. I definitely need to exercise more but I would just like to know what’s wrong with me before I go and change things up, ya know. I don’t want to go and start exercising a lot and then have a lung collapse or something.😬
And I know a Dr would prob be the best choice I just absolutely dread the doctors and if I could get an idea of what it could be it’d just be so much better for me.
Again sorry this was so long😬
