piercing infection or normal healing?

so on like Monday I posted about my cartilage piercing starting to get sore after a week of getting it pierced. as I said before, I hardly touch it, but sometimes bump it accidentally when moving my hair or something. today it is obviously swollen and red. there has been no blood, some crusties, but my lobe piercings also did that for a day or so and no unusual colors or funky smell. pics are below. I'm just concerned if it's an infection or not... and whether I should see my doctor. pics are below. one ear w/o cartilage one with. the circled portion is part of a bump/swelling where the piercing exits my ear. there isn't swelling around the entry point, but overall my ear is red and a bit swollen. I also just washed them before taking pics
